Congressman Allen West has issued a stern response to President Obama’s recent transfer of a Somali enemy combatant to New York City in order to have his case heard in a civilian court.  Recall that Obama and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder tried this game several months back with 9/11 terrorist Khalid Sheik Mohammed when they attempted to hold his trial in NYC and not in a military tribunal at Guantanamo Bay.  The Obama Administration eventually caved to pressure by the American people as well as from Democrats and Republicans to not have Mohammed’s case heard on U.S. soil.

Here is West’s statement:

“This suspected terrorist, Ahmed Abdulkadir Warsame, should be tried at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, as an illegal enemy combatant, following the Geneva Convention’s clear instruction on the manner in which individuals accused of such actions against the United States are to be prosecuted. The fact that President Obama continues to ignore the Authorization for Use of Military Force(AUMF) law, and the will of the American people, when it comes to this issue is unacceptable.  This suspect is accused of supplying weapons, money and training to Al qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP),  a known enemy of the United States.   We are fighting on a 21st Century Battlefield against a non-state, non-uniform belligerent enemy who has no regard for international borders or boundaries, and therefore does not deserve constitutional rights as would ordinary criminals. The laws are clear about this.  Further, it is unacceptable that the Obama administration notified Congress only after it unilaterally transferred this detainee to New York City despite multiple requests for consultation.

I visited Guantanamo Bay in March, and witnessed a state of the art courtroom, built for these very kinds of cases, that continues to sit empty and unused.  I want to know why this  administration believes a civilian court is better suited for prosecuting enemy hostile terrorist actions, instead of a military tribunal system.  Bringing Warsame to the states, giving him representation and clogging up American courts is a waste of taxpayer resources and sends a confusing message to Americans, as well as our enemies.”- Congressman Allen West

In April of 2009, Barack Obama named Kenneth Melson acting director of
the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Today, this attorney and longtime
bureaucrat possesses information which could bring down A.G. Eric Holder and
perhaps Barack Obama himself.

As head of the ATF it was Melson who oversaw the Fast and Furious
project, begun only a few months after his appointment and now responsible for
the sale of more than 2000 weapons to straw purchasers for Mexican drug
cartels.

He helped facilitate the “walking” of these guns across the Mexican
border, instructing agents to not interfere with the process. He even watched
closed circuit broadcasts of US border state gun dealers illegally transferring
dozens of weapons to criminal buyers at the instruction of his
agency.

After ATF agent and whistle blower John Dodson testified to members
of Charles Grassley’s Senate Judiciary Committee, Melson provided cover for his
bosses at the Justice Department and the White House by saying nothing and
providing nothing but denials in response to Grassley’s demands for
information.

But as the ATF’s Project Gunrunner, or “Gunwalker” as it is more
rightly called and its Phoenix, sister operation, Fast and Furious have become
better known, dragging Eric Holder before Congressional Committees and forcing
employees of his agency to explain their responsibility in the deaths of
American agents, Ken Melson has become a liability to those who selected him and
his days at the ATF appear numbered.

Nevertheless, there is more to the “Gunwalker” story and its
continued cover up than apparent blind loyalty shown by a Regime subordinate to
his bosses.

Around the time Ken Melson was made Acting ATF Director and just
before thousands of guns began briskly “walking” to Mexico, Melson was named
co-chair of the NEWLY CHARTERED White House Subcommittee on Forensic
Science.

It
seems Melson “…has been running around the country for quite a while…trying
to convince everyone that his OTHER organization, ASCLD/LAB should be legislated
into permanently overseeing the forensic science system of the U.S.”

And what better way to assist that “other organization”– ASCLD/LAB,
the American Society of Crime Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board, upon
which Melson sits as a director–than to own his own little White House
subcommittee which can write the rules according to which all forensic labs must
operate?

So for three years, Melson has traveled the nation, not on behalf of
the ATF, but giving lectures and trying to take over the field of
forensics.

Did Melson agree to do the Obama Regime’s ATF “gun Walking” in return
for White House clout and a blank check in pursuit of a forensic laboratory
monopoly?

Will Melson go quietly under the Obama bus in return for Obama’s
assurance of continued support for his dream of forensic manifest
destiny?

If Melson makes a deal with Charles Grassley or Darrell Issa, it
might keep him out of the slammer, but the rest of his shameless, alternate
career mongering will be over. And so might be the reign of Obama the First. We
are in for some interesting times.

So the next time a gun is sold, remember the ATF can’t tell if the
buyer is a law abiding American citizen or a Mexican drug lord.

Then again, maybe the Obama Administration just doesn’t see much
difference.

There is a major national scandal involving multiple breaches of national security by Muslims working in federal law enforcement positions that you are not hearing about. Through a combination of blatant stupidity and calculated design, we’ve let our enemies inside our “house” and access to our security, which is a situation that is purposely being downplayed by this administration and the complicit corporate media.

The very people who embrace the ideology that caused the mass slaughter of 3,000 people nearly ten years ago has infiltrated nearly all agencies of our government, from the White House to various law enforcement agencies. A glimpse into the realm of corruption and the “impossible allegiance” by practicing Muslims to their job and country is illustrated by a recent case involving an intelligence analyst working for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). It should provide an indication of just how bad things really are.

Last week, testimony in a Texas courtroom disclosed that an investigation of “alleged misconduct” by a “small number of employees” of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is in progress. By all accounts, that is an understatement that is being reported by the corporate media. According to sources close to this author, the number of government employees under suspicion is growing, and most involve Muslims working in positions of law enforcement authority and oversight.

The corporate media is reporting this story as a case of passport fraud or misuse by an official within the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but it’s a much larger story that involves high-ranking officials, alleged monetary kickbacks, blackmail and potential money laundering for Middle Eastern terrorists.

Washington, DC ICE Deputy Director placed on administrative leave

On 4 February 2011, the deputy director of intelligence at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) headquarters in Washington, DC, James M. WOOSLEY, was escorted from his desk and the building by internal security officials. He was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation of allegations that he helped an employee submit fake travel expense reports and received financial kickbacks from the employee for his efforts. As of this date, he has yet to be charge with any crime.

As WOOSLEY was being escorted from ICE headquarters, FBI agents were raiding the El Paso, Texas home of WOOSLEY subordinate ICE Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Ahmed Adil ABDALLAT, 63, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Jordan and a devout Muslim. The FBI seized nearly 30 boxes of evidence from ABDALLAT’s residence.

A federal detention hearing for ABDALLAT was held last week, who is also accused of using a diplomatic passport to make eight-(8) unauthorized personal trips to Jordan since 2007. The trips are at the center of the allegedly fictitious travel reimbursements.

In March 2007, ABDALLAT was issued a diplomatic passport to perform various temporary duties in U.S. Embassy’s in several foreign countries. The indictment alleges that on eight different occasions since October 2007, ABDALLAT used his official diplomatic passport for the personal purposes to travel to and from Amman, Jordan. Half of those trips occurred after ABDALLAT was permanently assigned to duty in El Paso and no longer had any official embassy, mission or related activities which required overseas travel on a diplomatic passport.

During last week’s detention hearing, FBI Special Agent Shannon N. Enochs testified that WOOSLEY,  ABDALLAT ‘s supervisor for over ten years, approved ABDALLAT ‘s bogus travel expenses that totaled about $123,000.  WOOSLEY and another official reporting to him were reportedly paid about $58,000 as part of the plan. According to the FBI agent’s testimony, ABDALLAT would compensate WOOSLEY by personal checks, wire transfers to his bank account, and left him cash at his DC headquarters. ABDALLAT also allegedly paid some of WOOSLEY’s mortgage and utility bills.

ABDALLAT, meanwhile, reportedly made three wire transfers to Jordan totaling over a half-million dollars during a six-month period. An investigation being headed by the FBI has also linked ABDALLAT to Jordanian bank accounts containing an additional $1.2 million.

According to sources close to this author, the investigation involves additional officials within the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, and financial transactions that exceed the total amounts identified to date.

Late last week during a debate in Parliament, Thailand’s Prime Minister Abhisit Vejajjiva publically admitted his dual citizenship for the first time.  The 46 year-old Thai/British citizen has been prime minister since December of 2008 (the youngest prime minister in nearly 60 years) after a political career that began with his election to Parliament at the youthful age of 27.  Until last week Abhisit had successfully concealed his British citizenship.

According to the UK Daily Mail:

Mr. Abhisit, 46, automatically holds British citizenship because he was born in Newcastle, to parents from a well-off Bangkok family.

He would have to specifically renounce it to lose British citizenship.

But his political opponents have jumped on the admission and claimed that as a British citizen, he can be sued in international court over alleged abuses during his administration’s crackdown on anti-government protests last year.

Under British law citizenship is granted to all persons born in the UK, Commonwealth or British colonies and is also conveyed to children born to British fathers in other countries.  Unless specifically renounced British citizenship cannot be surrendered.  Many countries including the United States consider a person holding dual citizenship to be ineligible to serve as commander in chief.

Once a rising star in Thailand’s Democrat Party,  Abhisit’s popularity has waned since becoming prime minister.  Many Thais now openly ridicule Abhisit and refer to him by his English name, Mark.  The foreign educated prime minister is seen as an elitist who is out of step with the average citizen and since the bloody clashes between protesters and the army last May his regime has been viewed as dangerous and oppressive by a growing number of Thai citizens.

During his meteoric rise to power the vibrant young leader was able to avoid any proper vetting regarding his background, a matter for regret among the people today.
