Prepare to be infuriated.

It’s been brought to my attention by several reliable sources that the Defense Department has brought Louay Safi to Fort Hood as an instructor, and that he has been lecturing on Islam to our troops in Fort Hood who are about to deploy to Afghanistan. Safi is a top official of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), and served as research director at the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT).

Worse, last evening, Safi was apparently permitted to present a check (evidently on behalf of ISNA) to the families of the victims of last month’s Fort Hood massacre. A military source told the blogger Barbarossa at the Jawa Report: “This is nothing short of blood money. This is criminal and the Ft. Hood base commander should be fired right now.”

ISNA was identified by the Justice Department at the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing conspiracy trial as an unindicted co-conspirator. The defendants at that trial were convicted of funding Hamas to the tune of millions of dollars. This should have come as no surprise. ISNA is the Muslim Brotherhood’s umbrella entity for Islamist organizations in the United States. It was established in 1981 to enable Muslims in North America “to adopt Islam as a complete way of life” — i.e., to further the Brotherhood’s strategy of establishing enclaves in the West that are governed by sharia. As I detailed in an essay for the April 20 edition of NR, the Brotherhood’s rally-cry remains, to this day, “Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Koran is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.” The Brotherhood’s spiritual guide, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who issued a fatwa in 2004 calling for attacks on American forces in Afghanistan, openly declares that Islam will “conquer America” and “conquer Europe.”

Also established in 1981, the IIIT is a Saudi funded think-tank dedicated, it says, to the “Islamicization of knowledge” — which, Zeyno Baran (in Volume 6 of the Hudson Institute’s excellent series, “Current Trends in Islamist Ideology”) has aptly observed, “could be a euphemism for the rewriting of history to support Islamist narratives.” Years ago, the Saudis convinced the United States that the IIIT should be the military’s go-to authority on Islam. One result was the placement of Abdurrahman Alamoudi to select Muslim chaplains for the armed forces. Alamoudi has since been convicted of terrorism and sentenced to 23 years in federal prison.

Sarah Palin says Obama’s BC is valid issue

(Dec. 4, 2009) — Rusty Humphries, former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin said the controversy over Obama’s vital records is a legitimate one.  In the exclusive interview, she is recorded to have said the following, as per Ben Smith’s transcript, at Politico.com:

“Would you make the birth certificate an issue if you ran?” she was asked (around 9 minutes into the video above).

“I think the public rightfully is still making it an issue. I don’t have a problem with that. I don’t know if I would have to bother to make it an issue, because I think that members of the electorate still want answers,” she replied.

The ineligibility of Barack Hussein Obama does not stand or fall on the question of his vital records.  Having claimed a father who is a British subject, he himself remains a British subject, if his vital records prove that his father is who he says he is. As a British subject from birth, Obama cannot be a natural born citizen of the U.S.A., because dual citizens are not natural born citizens.

“As editor of The Post & Email I can now publicly confirm that our website was hacked 3 times yesterday by an Obama supporter, in conjunction with a simultaneous political attack on the Washington Times Newspaper, in Washington, D.C..

The motive for the attack was identical:  The advertorial placed by Commander Charles F. Kerchner, Jr., U.S. Navy, Retired in the Washington Times, entitled ” Obama’s Lack of Eligibility.”

The advertorial contained a brief explanation why Barack Hussein Obama was still a British citizen, and why that makes him ineligible for the U.S. Presidency. It featured the classic Asian metaphor of “See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”, and used the images of 3 Chimpanzees with signs before each, assigning one to represent Congress, the second to represent the Courts, and the third to represent the Main Stream Media.

The ad read in part:  “Obama, the putative U.S. President, was born a British subject Governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948, and is currently a British protected person and/or British citizen to this day.  How can a person who is born a British subject be a Natural Born Citizen of the USA?”  You can view the advertorial online at Scribd.com. “

“Yesterday morning, a computer user came to The Post & Email’s site, having read a copy of our article “Mega Media” at Oil For Immigration. Our site was then attacked by a hacker using a server at the Department of Welfare for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.”

“Our confidential sources in Washington, D.C., have divulged to us that during the attack on our website, a political uproar was in progress in the Capitol., of the like not see in decades. It was directed by the White House through the political activists in the Black Community.  These activists urged advertisers at The Washington Times to pull Kerchner’s ad, complaining to the sales department, that the advertorial was “racist.” Leading figures in the Media throughout the Capitol also angrily complained to the paper’s editorial board.”

Australian Senate Votes Down Carbon Laws

The Australian government plans to reintroduce its emission trading scheme to the parliament for a third time in February after a hostile Senate voted down the legislation on Wednesday.

However, Julia Gillard, acting prime minister, said the Labor government did not plan to call an early election on the issue even though the second Senate rejection had given it the power to do so.

“The prime minister [Kevin Rudd], on a number occasions, has said it’s his intention to have the parliament go full term,” she said. “[He] has also said that he is determined to see this legislation pass the parliament.”

I know, because I am one of them. My father came from a Kenyan family that include generations of Muslims. As a boy I spent several years in Indonesia heard the call of the Azan at the break of dawn. That experience guides my conviction… John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith… we are no longer a Christian nation … Impeach Obama Now Obama is a Muslim at heart and he is now going to put America on trial for the 9/11 attacks. Obama’s Campaign from day one has been to whitewash lies

(Nov. 22, 2009) — A new initiative has been launched by Bob Campbell, founder of American Grand Jury (www.americangrandjury.org).

An offshoot of the grand jury movement, the new website, www.prosecuteobama.org, was officially launched on Thursday, November 19, 2009. Its goal is to enlist the help of a constitutional attorney to file criminal charges against Nancy Pelosi, Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro, and others for fraud and treason.

Anyone wishing to join and/or contribute to this effort is welcome to log on to http://www.prosecuteobama.org and do so. Pledges are accepted in any amount, starting at $1.00. The short-term goal is to raise $15,000 and identify a patriot attorney who will act on the grand jury presentments and is willing to argue the case in court. The ultimate objective is to have Obama removed from office for his crimes.

Terrorist Criminal Trials and the Coming Jihad

After the bombing of the American embassy in Nairobi, the police found amid the belongings of one of the perpetrators the list of the unindicted co-conspirators of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing in New York.  The list had been submitted to the lawyers for the defendant, Sheik Abdel Rahman,  and signed by Mary Jo White, the United States Attorney.  Under the rules of discovery in a criminal trial, the defendant had every right to the list.  If you read through the names of the unindicted co-conspirators, one name will jump off the page and grab your attention.  It is Number 95:  Osama bin Ladin.

If ever you had to have a reason why terrorists had to be dealt with as foreign combatants, and not as criminals, it would have stared you in the face from the discovery process of Sheik Rahman’s trial.  But there was more.  Rahman’s activist attorney, Lynne Stewart, used her position to pass information from the cleric to his terrorist followers in Egypt.  Stewart was later disbarred and sentenced to twenty-eight months in prison.

Stewart, however, is not an anomaly.  Radical lawyers, bent on using the legal system for furthering a political agenda, will be falling all over themselves to represent the five alleged terrorists who will now stand trial in New York City.  These lawyers will put American foreign policy on trial for the events of September 11, 2001.  Attorney General Eric Holder and President Barack Obama — in putting September 11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed and his co-conspirators into the criminal justice system — have given the Jihadists an incomparable stage for their propaganda.

What then possessed the Obama administration to ignore the obvious and to try these defendants in civil and not military proceedings?  It most certainly is not to showcase the American justice system for the world.  Both the president and the attorney general, in a consummate act of legal stupidity, have announced to the world that the defendants are not only guilty, but they are also going to be sentenced to death. If ever a national jury pool was tainted, this one was.  In the Islamic world, no one remotely sympathetic to the defendants could ignore the hypocrisy of this conduct.

Obama is willing to compromise intelligence and provide the Jihadists with a propaganda platform because he needs to placate the extremist elements of his political base. By taking these terrorists out of the hands of the military and putting them in the criminal justice system, Obama is redefining terrorism as a criminal justice issue and not as irregular warfare. In this, Obama is beginning a process that will reshape the meaning of terrorism in consonance with the sympathetic and minimalist notions of leftist ideology.

Terrorist trials in the media capital of the world will be a magnet for the inspired publicity of Jihadism.  All terrorism finds its inspiration in violence as theater.  The theater in the courtroom will be overshadowed by the inevitable carnage in the streets.

Terrorists have always wanted a lot of people watching, a lot of people asking, “Why?”  From Abane Ramdane, who moved the Algerian insurrection against the French out of the anonymous Sahara and into the media-saturated streets of Algiers, to George Habash, of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, who blew up air planes, terrorist leaders have thrived on the oxygen of publicity.

It is inconceivable that the Jihadists will not find New York, during the terrorist criminal trials, a place for statements to be written in blood and punctuated by explosions.

Innocent blood will flow in the streets of New York because Obama chose to make a political statement rather than confront the reality of what terrorism is and how it works.

Did Barack Obama lie about his birth to become President?

As a highly regarded young detective, Neil Sankey was once seconded to elite Scotland Yard units hunting down IRA bombers, dangerous anarchists and organised crime barons.

Today, however, almost 30 years after quitting Hampshire constabulary to become a private investigator in California, he is wrestling with an inquiry that is as controversial as it is complex; one that makes that his former police work seem mundane by comparison.

Now aged 64, and semi-retired, Mr Sankey is attempting to prove that Barack Obama is guilty of the most audacious act of fraud in U.S political history, having become President when he was not even eligible to run for office.

He is conducting his inquiries on behalf of a protest group known as the ‘Birthers’ – so-called because they claim Obama lied about his birth place to satisfy the requirements of the U.S constitution, which stipulates that the President must be a ‘natural born’ American citizen.

According to his biography, Obama was born 48 years ago in Hawaii, the 50th state of the union. But the Birthers are convinced that he came into the world in Kenya, his father’s homeland, and Mr Sankey claims he has already uncovered a great deal of evidence to support this astonishing assertion.

‘As an investigator it has become obvious to me that something very strange is going on,’ he intoned gravely when we spoke this week.

‘His background throws up all kinds of anomalies. It may sound incredible (but) this guy comes from nowhere. No one really knows who he is.’

To most Americans, of course, the very idea that anyone could cheat their way into the world’s most powerful post by rewriting their personal history sounds preposterous.

They dismiss the Birthers as a bunch of crackpot conspiracy theorists and closet racists who still cannot accept a black leader, even though Obama won the election by some 10 million votes.

It has been almost a year that little Barry What’s-His-Name, the Kenyan-Indonesian-African-American lad has been going to school as President of the United States. This is an interim Report Card to his political parents, the voters of the United States.

English Comprehension: Barry has the more extraordinary ability to speak in English than all but a small handful of students who have ever attended this school. However, this ability to speak in complete sentences, using words that seem appropriate to the subject at hand, is coupled with a near total lack of content in those speeches. A+ for delivery, F for content. As Benjamin Franklin observed, “Here comes the Orator! With his flood of words, and his drop of reason.”

Social Studies: With Barry’s approval, one of his confederates, Little Harry Reid, spent $300 million to purchase the one-time services of Little Mary Landrieu to vote yes to put the Health Care Bill on the floor in the Senate. But, it turned out that Little Mary thought it was only $100 million. They paid 200% more than Little Mary was willing to go for. ”C” for sizing up the situation. ”F” for acting appropriately. As Oscar Wilde said, “A cynic is a man who knows the price of everything but the value of nothing.”

Science: The very week that internal documents in a British university surface, showing that the scientists who most support global warming have falsified their data, Little Barry decides to take part in a meeting that assumes that those false data are true. Barry and his selected playmates persist in the view that science is decided by the number of scientists who hold a particular view, rather than which scientist has a theory which best fits the observed facts. ”F” for comprehension of what science consists of. ”F” for application of science in the real world. When Galileo was challenged on his theory that the Earth revolved around the Sun rather than the Sun around the Earth (the common belief of the day) he is reported to have said, “Eppur Si Muove”–”And Yet It Moves.”

Economics: Little Barry has shown a distressing tendency to equate borrowed money with earned money, that either can be spent for “investment” with equal effect. Even if there were no waste in the spending, and no fraud in the counting of the results, the radical difference between borrowing which must be repaid, and spending of present, real money, would remain. ”F” for understanding the basics. ”F” for application in the real world. Milton Friedman from ”Free to Choose”: “You can be sure that we’ll all be able to find very good reasons why we should be the ones to spend somebody else’s money.” Ben Franklin from Poor Richard’s Almanack: “A penny saved is a penny earned.”

History: Little Barry has given several speeches in class about the conduct of warfare and the manner of ending a war successfully. Apparently, he has been neglecting his homework assignments. ”F” for comprehension. ”F” for application. As Vince Lombardi observed, and Winston Churchill also did before him, “Winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.” Actually, that precise quote came from a John Wayne movie and was attributed to Lombardi.

There is no doubt, however, about Churchill’s position. Spoken in Commons, “You ask, what is our policy? I will say: It is to wage war, by sea, land, and air, with all our might and with all the strength that God can give us; to wage war against a monstrous tyranny, never surpassed in the dark, lamentable catalogue of human crime. That is our policy. You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word: Victory–victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory, however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival.”

Conclusion: Little Barry is not doing well here at the school. Not only do I fear that he will not be promoted at the end of this session, without serious private tutoring to fill in the gaps in his current knowledge, I do not think he can successfully complete the current year. The voters should come and see me, at their earliest opportunity.
