Obama Justice Department Colluded with ACLU to Attack Arizona’s SB 1070

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, today announced that it has received documents from the Department of Justice (DOJ) that show DOJ worked hand-in-hand with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in mounting their respective legal challenges to SB 1070, Arizona’s get-tough illegal immigration law. The documents, obtained by Judicial Watch pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed on June 17, 2010, include email exchanges between DOJ officials and ACLU staff.

Included among the documents obtained by Judicial Watch is a July 27, 2010, email exchange between Lucas Guttentag, leader of the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project and the DOJ’s Edwin Kneedler, Deputy Solicitor General:

Barack Obama’s failure in Egypt has nothing to do with Egypt itself descending to chaos. No American administration has been willing to call Hosni Mubarak a dictator, which he is. And no administration has sought to strong arm Mubarak into a succession plan devoid of kleptocratic relatives.

Was Judge John Roll the Real Target is Tucson?

Obama recently signed an executive order allowing the feds to confiscate all 401ks and retirement accounts. Our media forget to inform us of this fact. A single judge adjudicated that Obama did not have that authority and stopped the confiscation.

Federal Judge John Roll … The judge, USDC court of Arizona Presiding Judge Roll, was shot and died on Saturday by a “crazed gunman.” The historical connotations are similar to Kennedy/Oswald in several ways.

If I had a 401k and/or a retirement account I would convert such to an investment in a tangible asset made of metal. Either you get rid of it, or Obama will get rid of it for you. Either way I do not believe retirement accounts will exist in the near future.

TWO … DID … I’d like to know why another question isn’t being asked re the Tucson massacre.

Federal Judge John Roll –for Arizona–was killed. And yet he’s only mentioned anywhere as just another victim.

Here’s the question: Why is there possibly no connection being made that about 72 hours before he was killed, on Friday, he issued a critical “preliminary ruling” against the Obama administration to prevent them from acting on an FDR Executive Order (6102), which allowed the government to seize personal savings when no proof of a crime was committed?

(“USA v. $333,520.00 in US Currency et al”, Case number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed Nov 30, 2010).

My first question was: Who was the actual target, Giffords or Roll? or both (conveniently at the same place)?

While the possibility that Loughner was under mind control has been disparaged in the press, the knowledge of the existence of such a program, and known past CIA/FBI involvement in such incidents, why would there not be the possible question of a connection?

Too hot a potato..?

The word’s out “don’t dare?”

Why does a deeper search for truth–even with the possibility of the above being it or not–never seem to occur?

And then hours of repetitious blathering and speculation and opinionating by ignorant anchors.

We deserve better. We deserve the truth, “the whole truth,” like it or not; government, Obama’s included, has become far too cloaked in secrecy, and woe to those who disagree.

I long for the day when journalism once again shines the light, rather than supporting the cloak of darkness.

While much of the media and political establishment relegate presidential eligibility issues to the “fringe,” a congressman is trying to make his bill requiring future presidential candidates prove “natural born citizenship” a major campaign issue.

Posy’s campaign is making the eligibility bill a big issue

Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., recently dispatched a message to constituents and supporters asking for help in an effort to defeat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in the 2010 election.

He introduced the proposal saying, “I wrote to you not long ago asking that you stand behind me in defending our nation’s constitution. … My bill (H.R. 1503) that would require all candidates for president in the future to provide documentation (such as a birth certificate) to prove they are natural born citizens of the United States, has resulted in the national liberal left making me Target #1 for defeat in the 2010 congressional elections.

“As I said before,” he continued, “I’m being lambasted by the media and late-night comics and Nancy Pelosi’s team has already paid for tens of thousands of automated phone calls in my district and are raising a multi-million-dollar campaign war chest to defeat me.”

“As editor of The Post & Email I can now publicly confirm that our website was hacked 3 times yesterday by an Obama supporter, in conjunction with a simultaneous political attack on the Washington Times Newspaper, in Washington, D.C..

The motive for the attack was identical:  The advertorial placed by Commander Charles F. Kerchner, Jr., U.S. Navy, Retired in the Washington Times, entitled ” Obama’s Lack of Eligibility.”

The advertorial contained a brief explanation why Barack Hussein Obama was still a British citizen, and why that makes him ineligible for the U.S. Presidency. It featured the classic Asian metaphor of “See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil”, and used the images of 3 Chimpanzees with signs before each, assigning one to represent Congress, the second to represent the Courts, and the third to represent the Main Stream Media.

The ad read in part:  “Obama, the putative U.S. President, was born a British subject Governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948, and is currently a British protected person and/or British citizen to this day.  How can a person who is born a British subject be a Natural Born Citizen of the USA?”  You can view the advertorial online at Scribd.com. “

“Yesterday morning, a computer user came to The Post & Email’s site, having read a copy of our article “Mega Media” at Oil For Immigration. Our site was then attacked by a hacker using a server at the Department of Welfare for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.”

“Our confidential sources in Washington, D.C., have divulged to us that during the attack on our website, a political uproar was in progress in the Capitol., of the like not see in decades. It was directed by the White House through the political activists in the Black Community.  These activists urged advertisers at The Washington Times to pull Kerchner’s ad, complaining to the sales department, that the advertorial was “racist.” Leading figures in the Media throughout the Capitol also angrily complained to the paper’s editorial board.”
